• Developer Tools:

For developers, Internet Explorer 8 includes tools that allow debugging HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and VBScript within the browser.

• Web Slices and authenticated feeds:

Web Slices are snippets of a full webpage to which a user can subscribe. Web Slices are kept updated by the browser automatically, and can be viewed directly from the Favorites bar, complete with graphics and visuals. Developers can mark parts of the pages as Web Slices, using the [hAtom] and [hSlice] microformats.
